In all apartments we offer: shower/toilet, free Internet access via WLAN (additional Internet-PC in the lounge area in the basement), fax and copying possibility, washing machines and bicycles for a small lending fee.
Likewise available in all rooms : telephone with direct access, iron and hair dryer. TV, bathrobe and ironing board on request. For business discussions, a conference room can be rented.
Bedlinen and towels are inclusive. Coffee and different types of tea are available free of charge.

Breakfast
We want to start your day as pleasant as possible!
Daily from 6.30 a.m. to 11.30 a.m. (Sundays from 8.30 a.m. to 1 p.m.) a "Gourmet" breakfast will be served at 5,50 € by our co-operation partner, a café with breakfast area (footpath 200 m direction tram stop).
Parking
You could park your car free of charge directly opposite the building as well as on parking places in the near neighbourhood.
Booking conditions
Flat as a whole can also be requested for you alone or your staff (please mention this in your request). The prices stated are for one room (surcharges during fairs and congresses). Unfortunately we do not accept credit cards nor cheques. Prepayment 100% at arrival.
