The Management Institute Dr Schäfer & Partner (MIDS) was founded in 1991 and offers services in three areas: Management consultancy, continuing education and coaching. All trainers and consultants hold a university degree and several years of professional experience in seminar and management consultancy.

Numerous MIDS-seminars and consultancy concepts were developed and successfully applied together with specialists of the University of Mannheim and leading practitioners in economy.
